Eversun - Chapter 1 - The City of Thelmir V3The capitol city of Thelmir was nearly bursting at its seams. People of all kinds swarmed the broad, well-paved roads like an ant hill under the bright morning sun, shoving each other about with foul looks upon their often dirty faces. Eileeve had been away from the city for only a week but it had changed a great deal in her absence. Because it had been sitting in her pocket all day long, it was luke-warm and even more disgusting than it normally was. The captain nibbled off little bits in wonder whether this really was the taste of strawberry, as the package claimed the flavour was. Maybe it had tasted like it, once, when it hadn't passed the 'best before' date for three months. EvBlood Vessels by Elmida
